[Achievement Bug] Level 4 and End Game achievements didn't unlock

Hi There,
Just finished ETHEREAL, thanks for making it, it's cool.

I've just finished the game, and gone through the end sequence, watched all the credits, and then exited the game. Unfortunately the Achievements for completing World 4 and Completing the game didn't unlock. I do have the Steam Overlay disabled, but I got the World 3 completion achievement, just not 4 or end.
