Inconsistent Behavior

Not sure if it's a bug or I don't understand the mechanic. In world 3-5, the black box controls a slider. Issue I have is that when I'm outside the box, the slider is still active whenever the cursor is above or below the box, like it doesn't have an upper/lower bound.

I checked the walkthrough guide, and the slider deselects when outside the box. I've restarted the level/game/computer a few times, and once it did behave as expected, but got stuck the second time I activated the black box. This bug doesn't make it possible to move the block where you need it to complete the level.

I played through that level and that situation never happened to me. If I can't reproduce the error I don't know exactly how to fix it :(

Can you tell me more about your current configuration? (are you using the standard settings on the game or did you change anything?)
Are you playing on Mac or Windows?

Playing on windows, out of the box settings. Usually use the WASD keys for movement, but had similar issues with the arrow keys.

I was eventually able to beat it, but it took a brute force approach, you need to activate that box 3 times in that puzzle, and sometimes it usually errored out on the first activation, a few times on the second activation, and the 2 times I got to the third activation I had no issues, but overall it probably took 15-16 tries.

I had the same issue in world 4, when you grab the shape in the bottom of the screenshot first, the black box stays active when you are outside of it, so I had to grab the other shape in the pair first to finish this level.
