weird glitch when i ground pound

like 30% of the time when i ground pound, scrat just starts flying in the air and i can go out of bounds and stuff, sometimes the camera clips into his head... did they test this game lol? is it a 165hz issue, cos i played it on ps5 and that didnt happen
