Does not start anymore

This game ran my PC when it had a discrete graphics card. I gave away that card and am trying to run it on the integrated graphics of the i5-6400 CPU. It gets stuck on the splash screen with logos.

OS Windows 10 Home 64-bit
RAM 16 GB
HDD 1 TB 7200 RPM

Intel® HD Graphics 530? You may have to lower your settings.

This video has it running but they've lowered everything; 800x600, LOW preset etc.
