Cenote - Pirate ship completed cannot get out

Hello, I have completed the pirate ship I head back through the tomb to the camp fire but fast travel does not work and I cannot back track out of the tomb from this location so I am just stuck here. please can someone advise how to get out and continue with the game.

Thank you! Had this same problem, and needed a hand getting out.
