Problem SERPENT GUARD OUTFIT REQUIRED
This is the problem I have
I do not have the required outfit

I am having this problem as well. I got the message saying I acquired the outfit, but does not appear when I look at them at the base camp. There is no way to equip it.

I found the solution
The solution is to go back a bit
Then the side missions seem to be completed
Then she got dressed
I now have a 100%
