[BUG] Mission of San Juan counts for discovered murals, relics and documents are incorrect
Hi!

I just finished everything from Mission of San Juan and for some reason the discovered murals, relics and documents is incorrect. I can count on the map and verify that everything is discovered and the count should be equal to the total. This is preventing me from 100% completion of that region which is a bit annoying. Please fix it.

I'm having the same issue and it's really annoying. It just seems to be that region that has the issue.

In my case exiting the game and launching it again fixed the issue.
