Stuck at kuwaq yaku Path of The Living

I can't get past this part, i need to roll these things i guess, but they won't budge at all.
I have reloaded checkpoint, restarted game and my pc several times, i dont know what else to do

Since this isn't exactly a new issue pertaining users' PC's higher definitions than the ones upon the Shadow of the Tomb Raider's (SotTR's) game engine, then I highly suggest you to take a look at this older thread because many people found different solutions for this very same issue.
And remember to always be proactive and do a search/reasearch to see if other people had crossed with similar issues.

For any other viewers, the most common solution to "getting stuck" because things won't move is to change your monitor refresh rate to 60Hz and turn on VSync in the game settings.

No worries, glad to have been of service.
And upon the PC world with its several hardware, software and then when they were made age differences it shouldn't astound you in the least if others had encountered similar issues. *Meh*

For a mere comparison example, you're almost surely going to laught at this one but if you try to pass one main mission upon the Saint's Row: The Third without lowering your graphical definition into a minimum and forcefully have the game running into an windowed mode so that its game engine won't simply get stuck while trying to defeat that French/Belgian Syndicate boss in one its 1st boss mission. Or else you'll always die to the foe that's with you upon that falling globe.
And trust me it took me a while to also search and figure out the solution that I've presented above.
