Lighting issues
I have experienced lots of problems and issues in this game, but this one i couldn't solve.
The lighting goes crazy whenever it's sunny or there is a light at the end of the road. The issue does not occur in the darkest places or cloudy areas, dlc tombs and animations. Mosty while travelling between sunny areas, even a little dark place becomes the surface or sun. The brightness just goes freak. This is not a glitch, it applies to the whole game.

My specs are:

CPU
AMD Ryzen 5 3600 56 °C

Have you tried verifying the steam game files? If not, you can do so by simply right clicking the game in your steam library > properties > local files > verify integrity of game files.
Also, I am not an expert but RAM @1330Mhz seems a bit low to me for running this game so that could be an issue.

about RAM, i'm not so sure. The technical knowledge is beyond me. But yeah, i verified them already. But guess what, i solved the problem by simply lowering the graphics.
Tis game keeps surprising me everyday.

Thats's pretty weird...But are you not experiencing any stutters playing with the max preset?

Weird right? The game keeps crushing and lighting just keeps crazy while it's set to high quality, but on this pc i played Detroir: Become Human on ultra quality, or high. Also Hitman2, Witcher3, etc all of them gave me no issues.
But this game just gave me problems day by day.

It could be related to 2gb VRAM of your video card. Most of high quality settings expects 4gb at least.

Anyway, as compensation for lowering the quality you can use reshade for a minimal cost in terms of resources

my video is an gtx1050

tried it bro, looks fine i guess. Appreciate the help anyway ^^ Besides it's ok for me to play in medium quality, the game still keeps stable.

In graphics options, set "Ray traced shadow quality" from ultra to high or medium. (fixes the issue for me. I have gtx1080)

Images look like color clipping: the colors the game is producing are outside of the color range the monitor can show. In dark ones is possible that many things that in your setup are completely dark would have dark shades of another color if the monitor could show them.

I would play with brightness and/or gamma settings: 1st in-game and then with the monitor.

I had the gtx 1080 until last year and the ray traced shadow option was grayed out because GTX gpus don't support it.
different with my current gpu though getting 100fps at 4K with rt shadow on
