Problem - Collectibles not being counted towards 100%

I have two areas that appear bugged: they are showing I only got 8/9 survival caches/relics, but I have looked at the map and it clearly shows all 9 of each grayed out in each area. Should be at 100% for those areas. I'm wondering if anyone else has had this problem where it's not counting the collected item? I'm thinking of going back to each location to see if I can re-trigger whichever one is missing, but first was wanted to check if anyone had this happen before/knew of a fix.

Nevermind - once I restarted the game and finished up the game and the rest of the collectibles from the other locations, the areas are now showing as 100%, so it fixed itself.
