Not launching on macbook
I've been trying to launch the game on my mac but it just says "application not responding". I've not played the game for a very long time though so i don't know if thats the problem. Any solutions?

I had the same problem and support moved me
Try turning off power saving mode
"We have looked into this issue and have found that it is related to the Low Power Mode on your MacBook being activated and the computer not attached to a power source. In order to play, please either disable Low Power Mode in System Preferences > Battery (as in the attached picture), or connect the Mac to a power source before launching."
