First of all, can your PSU actually supply enough power to run those two Titans you have installed?
If it's crashing like this after an hour of play everytime, make sure that your CPU and GPU's are not overheating - check the air flow inside - the game is very very demanding and will push your hardware, especially that CPU. If you have overclocked, revert back to factory speeds.
I would also recommend running something like memtest to ensure your memory is ok.
There is the possibility it is a bad driver, I would recommend uninstalling the nVidia driver completely using DDU to remove and trace of it, and then re-install it.
Also, what version of windows are you using? The game only supports multi GPUs in DirectX 12, and doesn't have SLI support (DirectX 11), if you are somehow forcing SLI in directX11, I would recommend you stop.
