Cannot complete "Explore the Local Mysteries"

Hi,

So.. I'm unable to complete the side mission Star Crossed, Explore the Local Mysteries. The last thing to do is "Talk to Manu", which I did and I got the Completed screen and all, but in the side missions menu the mission is still active :(

When I leave and go back to Manu, the exact same cutscene plays, only I get nothing after anymore (because I already had my reward). Maybe Manu has like alzheimer's or something? Are you guys having the same problem and is there a potential fix?

Yes, others are experiencing the same mostly in the Hidden City with Uchu and the boy who would be king. I've encountered that bug once. Realized it was bugged so I exited the game, exited Steam, restarted Steam, restarted the game. And of course the loop had been fixed/closed. Makes me wonder "did they get it right this time around?e.

Well I restarted the game / steam a couple of times but it's still bugged here :(

Ok, verify your game's files to see if any are missing.
If that doesn't help, try going in-game and reloading the checkpoint before looking for the last mission giver.

You probably saved or got to a checkpoint after that bug happened. I think the exiting the game only fixes it if the progress on the mission had not been saved yet. I could be wrong though and hopefully I am, otherwise you'll probably be stuck having that mission incompleted on that playthrough.

Unfortunately yes. If exiting the game, verifying the integrity of your game's files didn't help you, nothing is going to help.
I was 92% done with the game when it happened to me over the champions bow.

Load a save game you made before doing the mission and just replay it.

I would've done that if that had been a possibility..

But I noticed too late it was bugged.

Same here, i left the game after i've finished the quest. But i haven't realized, that the side quest was not marked as completed... hope for a fix.

Seems to be fixed now, just talked to Manu after talking to everyone at the graveyard again for the 45985th time and it worked.

For me this quest got stuck at the talk to Manu part, messed up for me a good 10 times and after the cutscene Lara would end up in basically a lapdance position for poor blind Manu. This was always done with skipping the cutscene.

Today I finished the cutscene without clicking anything and it completed.
