Mission of San Juan Survival Cache Glitch?
Just finishing up a 100% file, and the only thing I'm missing is the survival cache from the monolith with the riddle "I swim with a turtle, seen only by those who let fear fall away." I say I'm missing it, but I did find it before actually reading the monolith. I'm assuming this is why I'm not getting credit for the discovery and the monolith isn't greyed out.

Is there a fix for this?

Are monolith caches even findable before you read the monolith?
Are you sure it wasn't another cache you found? Have you double-checked with tombraiders.net? Otherwise I have no idea.

nevermind, i found it eventually. the glint wasn't showing up so I just had to mash X to find it.

Yeah, I don't think the monolith caches have that strobe light.
