GAME BREAKING BUG
So apparently you can't enter the hidden city, do the side quest, go back to camp to save and quit and expect to reenter the story critical path because and invisible wall obstructs all entry. WTF?

The same with me, after the last update ..I jump in front of an invisible wall :steamfacepalm:

Same happened with me - it's in front of area, where you can do side quest about saving father from execution. But i found solution - just use campfire a bit higher and go through temple back to street, make quest, return same way.

I also have the same issue in the same area.
Persists between reloading different saves, and restarting the game.
I haven't unlocked the next base camp, so can't just bypass this section and come at it from a different direction - I'm completely stuck.

Same. Haven't progress to next camp yet. Who builds a wall out of thin air?

Trump the chump.

Go to the camp to the north east of the invisible wall and you can go through a different way

Wait, are you talking about the Serpent Guard mission? There's another camp site slightly further up.

Also, if that's where you are, the "invisible wall" is just a boundary so that you don't exit the active mission area (you know, like in the good old days, but without the "You are about to leave quest area. Continue" message)

I'm stuck inside the hidden city and can't get out to complete the mission.
I'll report back if I find a solution.

This can also happen before you unlock the campsite inside the "upper" area. effectively preventing you from continuing the main storyline.

Give us an option to rollback the patch until this is fixed maybe???

You know I just finished the Pillar before continuing to the Dominquez fight and I didn't experience any type of "barrier." Once done, the game "dumped" me back in Skull cave.

They are talking about this 'invisible wall'

it has nothing to do with an 'active' barrier or anything else....the last update screwed up the game...only option at the moment(if you didn't open the upper campsite) is to use the beta tab and roll back to 243 or 241...

go there and I'm sure you'll run into the 'invisible ' wall too.

If that's the invisible wall, again, I believe it is an active barrier, but that you've saved on the wrong side of it. Seeing as Etzli isn't there to get you past it, you'll have to roll back to a previous save (if you haven't been doing periodic manual saves, I've got a feeling you're out of luck...)

this is the same feedback I got from squareenix tech support. I wonder why so many of their games are underperforming when SOL is their go to assistance. The shovelware on IOS is more dependable.

Don't think so.....the only mission I have left is the final boss fight.
the 'wall' was there
