I’m stuck in a crypt

I opened a sarcophagus and now I can’t get out. Lara says that must be the way up so I use the rope to go where she’s talking about and up there there’s nowhere to go. I just slide back down to the sarcophagus

Hmmm...every crypt has a sarcohphgus so a little more information is imperative.

It didn’t give a name. I’m playing on PS4. It’s a Peruvian a Jungle crypt. I think it’s north west of the map. If I can’t find a way out, guess my play through ends here. Assassins Creed ended the same way, got lost and rode for a good 15 minutes or so and couldn’t find a waypoint or city anywhere, just desert

Peruvian jungle, northwest...ok, there's a crypt, not tomb, NW of the first plane camp where you get the bow.
Unless I have my crypts confused as there's 2 of them, there should be an opening behind the box or you exit the way you came in.
I don't remember using the grapple in the first crypt as you don't need anything in that crypt to open the box or get into the crypt, like you do with the tomb.
I'm going to say the crypt is the one with the opening to the left of the box, then there's a way to jump up a ledge and this one should take you to another room above the crypt where you use a rope arrow to cross the gap.
I apologize if I have my crypts mixed up.

That is the crypt. I take the rope arrow up and there’s nowhere to go. I just slide back to the sarcophagus if I go forward

To the left of the box, standing with your back to the "door", is a slit that Lara can squeeze through. Hopefully to the right after passing thru the slit there will be a way to climb a ledge that'll take you to a room above the crypt and that's where you'll find the way to make the rope bridge

Ok, I'm totally lost wabbit...what shot hop, jump and where did I miss that?

when you use the zip line and your crouched, move to far foward and you slide rite back down where you started. But you can hop to the the landing and walk rite out

I take all the way up and jump off. There’s a crawl space area there with a gap. I go in there and going in there drop down and slide back to the sarcophagus. I can’t jump there either. She can’t actually stand because there’s no room

Edit: this time I landed on the ledge for the way out 🤷‍♂️
On my previous tries I’d land and start sliding that I didn’t even know there was a walkable area there (Lara would slide towards camera pretty much immediately). 🤣
