Ok, something has changed, either with your rig or the game.
Please go ahead and verify your game's files through Steam. If any are missing (and this looks as if there might be something missing) Steam will automatically download and install that missing file(s).
You'll also need to post your Steam specs here. Open Steam, click Help in the upper left corner of the Steam page, click System Information. Copy and paste that information here.
Once you've verified and posted your specs, someone will come along here to help you further.

Dr Arseburgers Aug 26, 2020 @ 3:45am
I also constantly get dxgi error device hung
cheshirm Aug 26, 2020 @ 3:49am
might be the new 452.06 driver. I am still using the 451.67 driver.
Dr Arseburgers Aug 26, 2020 @ 3:50am
log file isn't too helpful, something about an address it can't access Exception code 0xC0000005 and exception information The thread tried to read from or write to a virtual address for which it does not have the appropriate access

That's from the mini dump file it created

oh ok, possibly could be the driver causing it, i'm just going through the log file and it's failed a number of things to do with gpu as well
cheshirm Aug 26, 2020 @ 3:53am
perhaps try reinstalling the latest driver.
first uninstall the driver. or use DDU.
reboot.
perform a CLEAN install of the latest driver.
reboot.
try game.
