Missing document (26/27) in San Juan?

I am somewhat puzzled. In Mission of San Juan you have to find 27 documents in total. I am pretty sure I found all of them.

I numbered all documents in the screenshots and as you can see I count 27 documents in total, however in the upper left corner it says 26/27.
Goodbye 100% I guess. : (
Has someone a solution?

this week there are several people who missing somewhat and are sure they complete everything. Looks like there is a bug with SOTTR.

Edit: i tryed to find these topics back but they are gone????

I am happy i already have complete it before Definitive edition came out.

So it is a bug.
Thank you so much for the link, I'll try it with the savegame file when I have done everything else I want to do in the game.

Note on that save... the date posted indicates it only has main game progress... I have a 100% save with all DLC done, every weapon maxed, all skills unlocked and all outfits available as well

I don't know why, but reloading my own save game file updated the status of the documents to 27/27 and the progression of the Mission of San Juan therefore to 100 %. Seems I can get my 100 % achievement on my own. :)

Thank you so much for posting this!! I just encountered this exact same bug and after seeing your post, I exited to the main menu then loaded my file and it fixed it!

Thank you, really! That worked for me aswell and I am so happy for your advice! Was about to flip my table as I counted my collected documents and the game didnt check the 27th.
