Seek out the outcasts incomplete at 100%

I have a really weird issue with The Hidden City side mission Dice with the Dead, specifically with the subtask Seek out the outcasts. It is marked as 100% but does not have a tick, and therefore The Hidden City (and overall completion) is stuck at 99%.

I've spoken to 5 outcasts, the merchant lady included. I've spoken to her multiple times in different locations - she always talks about trade. I have the Good Samaritan achievement for completing all side missions. I have done all the tasks, challenges and collectibles.

Did you go back to the legit owner from the Dice? He need to thank you to mark als done.

Did you speak to an invisible Pisco before taking the boy's quest for his dice ? If so I think the quest is broken. I've read about this here : https://steamcommunity.com/app/750920/discussions/1/1639801448916373860/#c1660069015236957392

I don't think so. I didn't notice anything strange with the quest. I suppose I'll have to find a 100% save online to unlock the achievement.

Sucks that the most time consuming achievement is glitched.

The quest with Pisco needs to be fixed! , total bs and to me brings the game down

I used a save from a friend and that worked. Not very satisfying but I had done it all so I also didn't feel bad about it.

I'll leave this thread open as using a save isn't a solution only a workaround. I keep my broken save in case any devs/forum managers are interested :)

I'm playing the game (about 50%) but I encountered the damn "invisible pisco" bug and I will not be able to 100% my game after finishing it. I think I've to ask you for your 100% savegame: I will use it after 99,9% mine... ><

Slot 1 - 100% save Rites Of Passage difficulty

Slot 2 - NG+ save on Deadly Obsession (92%) - just proceed with story and you will get 100% completion and all the difficulty achievements if slot 1 doesnt give you achievement

problem is still valid. I am stuck at 99.88% because 'Dice with the Dead' bugged out, too.

Guess who had the same f*ckin problem? And to make it worse, my first and only playthrough was in Deadly Obsession. Had the same s*ht happen to me on Legend of the Tomb Raider, where I didn't get 100% because of a glitch. By this time it became a feature to me.

Not me getting the same issue 3 months later lol, there's been so many bugs I've encountered during my playthrough (first time playing), can't believe this and the other bugs I've encountered which should've been discovered / witnessed by anyone haven't been patched :/
