the trailers by canon are usually spoilery too but that's because they HAVE to advertise it somehow, and it's up to them whether they ♥♥♥♥ it up by spoiling too much or not and they will have to take the consequence if people actually get the thing unsatisfied with not enough surprises

i dont listen to gamespot anymore. they are very biased on games and also they arent really knowledgeable about what the games entail. i only look at pcgamer, ign and i think one other one that i cant remember.

I'm not saying the review is wrong (I don't know, never played the game), but Gamespot is awful and not to be trusted. Having read the review just now it actually sounds incredibly positive though... not really sure where the hell a 6 comes from lol, the only actual issues he mentiones are a few control quirks... almost everything else seems to recieve glowing praise.

The purpose reviewers fit in the free capitalist market is to tell consumer if a product is worth buying or not. Thus if i buy a 10/10 game and its ♥♥♥♥ or a 4/10 game and its good and it happens on an average basis then the reviewer iself is crap and should be replaced.

The problem with sjw infested websites like gamespot is that they don't review the game from a gamers perspective. They review it from an ideological perspective of a far leftist. As such games like gone home walking simulators will get 10/10 while games like bayoneta 2 will get 7/10

you can moralise all you want but most gamers are starting to notice the trend and are not trusting these hacks anymore when it comes to how to properly invest your money
