Two very different games, even TR 2013 is different, Shadow even more.
The Last of Us is an action-adventure game that seem to have some survival things to it, the closest you will find to it is Tomb Raider 2013 that is basically a Uncharted-like-action game starring Lara Croft.
Rise of the Tomb Raider also have a lot of action but start to demand some exploration and some puzzling.
Shadow of the Tomb Raider have much less action and much more exploration than 2013 and Rise, also more puzzling to it.
