Progress 99.88% stuck. One Hidden city side mission not count

After finish the game progress stuck on 99.88%. All areas 100% instead of Hidden city 99%. In Hidden city all side missions finished but counter stucked on 10/11. I think problem with side mission "Find Takiy's Dice", mission finished but on map it's still marked plase with green circle "seek out the outcasts" (last place with old woman shop) and in side mission jornal "seek out the outcasts" marked as 100% instead of a check mark complete. I already try to restart game/steam and load/reload saves.

After finding the outcasts, did you go back to Pisco and then Takiy?

Yes, I talked with Pisco and then return Dice to Takiy.

Except for restarting from an older save I don't know if there's anything you can do...

Yes, that is the same bug and looks like it's still not fixed =(

We don't need a solution - this is bug,
After finishing this quest we don't have green mark, but only "100%" which results... 99.8% of finished game. This not unlocks any achievments and ruins long achievement run.
Anyone have save to share with finished game tp me? As far as I know, this is only way to unlock this :(
