It'll be awhile before a new AAA TR game would be released for the next-gen conSLOWS/platforms, so, this is just SE trying to make some money off these new platforms with this TR by just bumping up the graphics and fps but definitely not a remaster or whatever.
file is nvngx_dlss 2.2.11

This broken mess (years later) only uses DLSS 1.0 and poor low-quality ray-tracing values and that it appears Square Enix still refuses to fix SotTR (still has huge engine issues, memory leaks, shader compiling issues etc.) and the most recent update was only for the new conslows so SE can gain some extra money from those platforms.

I am not too sure about TR 2013 since all I have seen was the latest depot being updated but not as regularly as the other two games in the trilogy. Like I have stated somewhere before, I think TR 2013 will be replaced with TR: Definitive Edition soon.
Why? Google Stadia has Tomb Raider: Definitive Edition playable on their service. And if I am right, their systems is running the game, on Windows. EDIT: Was wrong. They use Debian Linux so my point is invalid
As for SotTR & RotTR, maybe it's a DLSS and/or AMD's CAS, etc. Or they could be preparing for the next-gen version of this trilogy since practically all the packages were updated (executable, debug files, main game content, DLCs, etc.)
EDIT: Corrected some typos.
