Out of ammo at the Cenote

I'm fighting these creatures in underground caves and besides a few arrows I'm out of ammo
I suppose there's no way to fartravel to pick up the stuff I need?
Then what are the best way of killing the creatures with no weapons?

1st off I gotta ask. HTF can you be out of ammo? TR game's over these past 20+ yrs has never had a ammo problem. You craft arrows using the fire button, you craft alt ammo using the alt fire button. Shotgun ammo is always in short supply due to size n weight in most other games as well as Shadow. The flare on the pistol is a better choice in the darker caves as are the knock down slugs on the shotty, stun the cave dwellers and melee kill that way. These are just a few ways to deal with the Cenote, but the 1 best thing you can do is to use gun control. That means hitting your target. Also use the fire pot's in the room, it's easier to hit a target that is not moving.

Try these idea's, then come back and tell me how well you did.

Yes, there is no farttravel out of the river bed, and all this started because you had to rescue the queen. Thru the river bed to san juan is some of the best fun you'll have in the game. At the mid-way point she will find the bow and the fear arrows. That's where they do all the work. you just have to get there. Smoke can's and gas can's are also a good distraction and kills bad guys quickly. Everything you need is there waiting. You can escape some parts of that area and not have to kill many of them. But if your health is low she can't climb out and escape.

But there is plenty of ammo there. If you look around some pillars you will find ammo for shotgun and machine gun.

I'm sure you'll be fine. There are 2 small area's you pass thru b4 you reach a camp site. You should have 5+ skill points to use and a outfit change. Then you pass another 2 more area's to a wall, down to the bow. A larger group of bad guys await's you, leading to the oil field and into san juan. now, doesn't that all sound easy? if you get stuck find me and i'll throw you a bone.

There’s literally so much ammo there... it’s impossible to run out.
