It's not in that room. the 1st is where you used the zip-line to the enterance, the 2nd is where you pickup the shotgun.

Ok, I told you where 1 n 2 were. #3 is the hidden tomb and #4 is close to the exit where you find the overhead climbing boots. If your at the water wheel puzzle you past #3. #4 is on the other side of the wheel puzzle. Does that help you any?

The #4 you mention is kinda outside Cenote, or, at least, outside the map from the link.
I mean, it's not the only map from the Internet that points that location, so couldn't all of them just lie?

No. basicly your still in the cenote, but the map tells you that it's the hidden city. Your under the hidden city in other words.

Yes, I never thought of that until bumping onto some comment on reddit.
Deadly obsession indeed, I could watch the Godfather 3 times and eat 3 stacks of pancakes for all the time I wasted on this segment. You gotta have a very sharp eye to aim precisely to those glitchy rocks, otherwise you never stick on them ffs, I'm so ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ mad.

Thanks for a reminder!

The rocks are still glitchy? I thought they had fixed it a little bit.
I kept falling off the rock face near the end of the level when you had to jump and throw out the grapple 😡

Then after that I kept messing up the final jump across the gap >_<

Once you get past Cenote the rest of the game feels much easier 🤣

I got through this entire friggin part finally and ended up getting eaten by the piranha's, now I keep dying to the orcs in the little arena at the start or worse... grappled onto the platform in the running away from the orcs bit instead of on the rope on the ceiling or no ♥♥♥♥ the try after that I fell off that same platform... the gaps between saves is really pissing me off. I had wasted about 4 hours on Path of Battle because the climbing walls at the exit didn't work... now this... ffs...

Also, non-skipable cutscenes

Btw on topic, when I left the area there was a save point on that spot on the map, don't know if it was above there or of which op posted a screenshot, but I was confused as well..

There are only 3 camps in Cenote that you can use when you first reach that level... the Vista camp at the start with the zipline, the camp for the Galleon ship challenge tomb and the camp where you get the Bishop 600 shotgun.

On Deadly Obsession you have to basically play the entire stretch from the time you get the shotgun till you return to Paititi through the underwater tunnel without dying. This is a rough level without autosave. I have already beaten Deadly Obsession with 100% completion so if you have any other questions, ask away.

I don't think DO actually changes the presence of base camps, but the one base camp in the corner of the area with the round door only appears _after_ you've completed Cenote just for the purposes of fast travel.

some campfires unlock after you beat the mission/campaign

So, true :P ... just finished the game in DO and not even the final boss fight came anywhere near Cenote.

Same for me, those frickin small fish, and not being able to heal underwater sucks even more.
