Merchants discount gained from Crow's Charm?

Wondering the price reduction Crow's Charm gives, can't that info anywhere.
Rather not spend 3 skill points, if it's just minor price reductions.

I never looked at how big the discount was and that being 1 of the last few skills I upgrade. Based on the skills from Rise TR I kind'a had some idea where I was going with this. But it looked kind'a like a 15-20% discount and that's a guess. I fact there should be very little reason to buy anything, mostly sell all the junk, gold, jade, skins, feathers, create's.

Welcome, yeah if you look thru those skills, you kind'a know whats gonna suit your game. But I put most points on the Jag. skills and balanced the other two back n forth
