How much damage increase on Charged Bow Shots?
I'm wondering what the damage increase on Charged Bow Shots is. Just passed the scene with the Jaguars & it didn't seem to make much difference, if any at all. Perhaps it's fixed damage in that duel, as it's a story part.

Can anyone please tell what the difference is otherwise?

Thank you! :)

It's scripted. On top of that, you are facing off against multiple jaguar, not just one. Charged shots will take down large prey in a single shot once you have the upgrades and skills, but rare game require more. For instance, the albino capibara requires two charged shots to put down with a maxed out bow, with the first shot being an arrow to the heart.

Is there an increased damage, DURING the charge or is it extra damage at max charge ONLY, normal damage at regular charge?

No spoliers, please! But I've played the last 2 Tomb Raiders & I'm sure there are more armored enemies to come:p Besides that, it took 2 arrows to the chest at the prologue. But I don't remember if I fully charged the bow. The tooltip haven't come across yet.

Thank you:)

Pretty sure it's at max charge only, but I may be wrong. There's a skill you can purchase to increase your max draw speed, and you can upgrade your equipment in your inventory. Your inventory also shows weapon stats like damage and rate of fire, which I have to assume covers both draw and release for the bows. That's about as spoiler free as it gets.

If your looking for some kind of report or chart on a per weapon what does what. I don't think anyone has made anything like that as of yet. She has way too many weapons to start with, I tend to use 1 weapon per group and don't ever change up. This allow's to fully upgrade quickly and be done with it. Once you find your weapon of choice I think you to will do the same.

Samesies. I'm still upgrading every weapon in my arsenal, but mostly to get rid of the "upgrade available" markers. It is good to see the different stats on the upgraded weapons though, just for a point of comparison. The DLC weapons might change things up, but I doubt it
