When I came in front of the puzzle doors and try to turn the colons nothing happens. No bridge appears, nothing at all... WTF?

You need a Joystick.. for those of you who come here for the same issue... I was having the same problem... I use keyboard so A and D shoul spin the wheels.... they don't.. so I used the rotating stick of an xboxc 360 joystick and it WORKED

V-Sync worked.....sort of. The pillars moved a little (like for half a second after trying to rotate them for a little bit) and then all of a sudden it triggered the bridges.......

I think it happens if you have a higher hz monitor

yepp v-sync fixed it. but even then the pillars moved really janky....

i can remember a mission in diablo 4 had something similar.
you had to cap your fps really low, like 1 fps before entering the area with the mission, and uncap again after the mission started, otherwise the npcs were just doing nothing.

so for everyone v-sync didnt fixed it, cap your fps really low and try turning the pillars again.

Nevermind it's now working. V-sync solved this but I dont get why lowering my fps is making it work.....

Maaaan i would never have thought of solving this by turning on v sync xDDD

Same issue — if turning on v-sync doesn’t fix it, the quickest way is to go to Windows display settings > advanced display settings and set the refresh rate to 60Hz or lower.
