So, start your game, then alt/tab out and click, watch game. See if that works. If so come back n tell me.
Im playing on max settings, makes no diffrence for me to disable or enable v-sync ...
I was so confused for about an hour with this one, it frustrated me, but I didn't want to look it up. I had to turn vsync OFF and set it to 60hz
This doesn't fix it right away. I had to go all the way back to the entrance of the tomb and then run back with these settings and then, only then, did the columns start rotating
Edit: I reset my graphic setting to default and it was fixed
