Stuck/Bug Ix Chel Chak Chel puzzle doors

When I came in front of the puzzle doors and try to turn the colons nothing happens. No bridge appears, nothing at all... WTF?

Thats funny, your the 2nd to say this happened. IDK how or why, but when my friend told me about this, I said let me watch your broadcast to see what was wrong. Well, once the broadcast started he was able to interact with the wheel and completed the challange.

So, start your game, then alt/tab out and click, watch game. See if that works. If so come back n tell me.

Nothing happens. Just got back home now, started the game and I'm still stuck the same way. When I spin the wheels nothing happens, no bridge, no colon rotating. nothing!

Nevermind it's now working. V-sync solved this but I dont get why lowering my fps is making it work.....

Found this thread 2 years later. Same problem, same solution. Enable V-sync , they rotate. I'll be dammed.

Confirmed, enabling V-sync works! that's so weird

Im playing on max settings, makes no diffrence for me to disable or enable v-sync ...

The game acts weird above 60 fps. Crank up graphical settings to naturally bring your frame rate down or use vsync to limit it

It's an issue with the game engine, I think it wasn't programmed past 60hz/fps

I was so confused for about an hour with this one, it frustrated me, but I didn't want to look it up. I had to turn vsync OFF and set it to 60hz

This doesn't fix it right away. I had to go all the way back to the entrance of the tomb and then run back with these settings and then, only then, did the columns start rotating

This solution worked for me as well and, coincidentally, also lowered my gpu temperature while playing by like 20 degrees. It was running hot at 70 degrees then went down to a cool 50 degrees, no other graphical changes made other than v-sync. Does the game have no frame rate limit without v-sync or something??

Edit: I reset my graphic setting to default and it was fixed
