bug on the route to the path of fear sidequest?

I don't know if this is a bug or if i'm just wildly stupid. I'm on the search for that white fear toxin powder and following the path through this gorge that the monkey twins took. Only, I think I went the wrong way.

Instead of going left and across all of the slowly rotating fans that now seems like SUCH a good idea I instead slid down a rope to the right to get to an area with a giant crane as well as mural. There's a door where if I hang on the thing near it then it opens but I can't get to it in time. Pulling at the crane makes a giant box over on the side I think I should have gone swing the other side but I can't see how to get to it and there's no rope to shoot at so I'm lost. On top of that the rope I took here is too high to get back and killing myself just strands me in this area. So... I'm stuck.

Is there something wildly obvious that I'm missing or is this a bug?

The way the rope attaches is a bit odd, it made no mechanical sense. It must be elasticated

So for the other stupid ones, what did you do to get out of there. I'm stuck in the same spot and can't find the way out

I don't know what part you seem to be stuck. There was nothing special I had to do getting thru. Maybe if you gave me something more to go on? I'll throw you a bone and get you out of there

Is this map both coop and single play? Then the left side would mirror the rite. But this map require's 2 people, because taking the path on the rite alone fails.

You have to attach a rope from the left side to the right side of the rotating wood thing. The rope holds the arm in place once you pull it forward.

okay nevermind, there is a thing you can climb in the little room on the opposite wall to the thing you jump on. can't believe I didn't see it.

To answer everyone here how to do it.. since nobody knows how to return back to tell the rest of us. In the small room with the door that can be opened by holding onto the handle on the left wall. Go to the OPPOSITE wall (right of the door) there is a wall you can climb up to the beams to go thru the opening.
