Rope ascender problem

I did the Pisco the Dead Mission. After I talked to the fifth merchant, an elderly woman, I didnt buy the rope ascender. Now I got back to the Hidden City and didnt find that woman at the location she was during the Pisco Mission. Where is her new location?

I finally found her near the Hunting Grounds Base Camp ... OMFG ... Bloody Old Hag

Hey guys,
I have been trying for hours to find the old woman again.
I have looked in the Rice Ponds area. I don't know where the Hunting Grounf Base Cam is located.
Any ideas??

it seems like she changes locations every time you vist her, so if you vist her and dont buy anything or you vist her and do! then the next time u go to vist her then her place will have changed. Pisco the Dead mentions that sort of by saying shes never around long and that if you find her then you must be really lucky

Any ideas of where she might be located? Is there a pattern of where she shows up next??

The 3 places I managed to find her my first play thru are, The place she is the first time u meet her, the rice ponds shes in a building around that area just look for the guy playing the drum or whatever hes doing xD and then I met her again when u go into the upper part of the city (the "rich" part basically)

Thanks for the tips on where to find her. I will check all the locations and hope it does not take me to long to find the old hog. I have to say this was a very stupid design decision as not having the rope ascender cuts you of a lot of game content.

There are more like 5 locations she pop's up. If you missed getting the remaining items from her the 1st time, keep moving forward you will bump into her, listen for the guy banging on the drum (not the 1 in the market)
