ahau = variant of ajaw or ajaaw, lord or ruler
Ixik as presented in the game is the name of a water goddess.
https://www.ancient.eu/article/415/the-mayan-pantheon-the-many-gods-of-the-maya/
"An early goddess of water presiding over the sea, springs, and wells whose name is unknown but is thought possibly to be `Ixik'."
Ixil is not the only maya language. There are 21 maya languages and "Ixik" is indeed a maya word for woman, in Ch'orti' Maya to be precise.
Linked website has sound files in wav format, but they don't download properly for me. Probably because of the ancient tech used to build the website. Open the page source (usually CTRL+U), search for "bgsound" (without quotes), and you'll find the url for the sound file. You can then copy the url and paste it in your browser url bar to download the file and listen to how the words are said.
