Hidden City 34th survival caches missing?

Is this for real? I am at 99% to complet the "find all our items" and the last one isn't implented?!

This helped me. The two I was missing was above the albino jaguar icon in the wild jungle and at the beginning of the tomb just south of there.

So after double checking with a map I googled on the net, the one I was missing, the one who wasn't revealed by the explorer backpack, was the one at the entrance of the battle path crypt

The "Canals bring water to the arid parts of the village, and they washed me away" Monolith cache is bugged for me. No "E" button prompt to dig it up.

I've also got a glitched monolith cache- the one in Kuwaq Yaku (the jungle town) that has the "Take a deep breath and find me under another's nose" riddle... the prompt is not popping up for me.

Did hooks and high dives. Rose frogs sounds like something I should be looking for, sounds unfamiliar.

Dang, so is it just as easy as it looks? Just sitting there next to the stick with a skull on it? The monolith answer is nearby there too. I still can't find this damn cache.
