City of serpent blocked after final battle? Do you have a list of artifacts and the story they belong to?

after I killed the boss the game said I could either start new game or go back, but the entrance to the city of the serpent would be blocked. Didnt think much about it.

So now I now found out that its in the city of the serpent I'm missing the treasure chest and the challenge. The cart we push down in the beginning is now blocking me from getting back up there. And of course thats all im missing for 100% completion.

So. why didnt they thell me this before I started the last part of the game?

And how screwed am I? Is there any other path Im missing right now ?
Im either blind for not finding the path to the chest and challenge, or im developing OCD because im stuck at 99% now.

Edit: Apparently this is a bug, because after dying a bunch and running around in circles a lot the cart is now gone. That sucks too because now i cant use it to get further up.

Edit2: Well. After i threw myself in the abyss out of desperation.... guess what. That ♥♥♥♥ing piece of♥♥♥♥♥♥of a cart is now back on top of the hanging platform. So i think i can get me my 100% now. but either that part is bugged as hell or thats just some kind of joke from the level designer...

Edit3: Well the next cart is nowhere to be seen so... nvm... dont care any more. because im still at 99% because apparently the bullseye challenge in the croft manor counts too.
OR Laras notebook. says its at 90%. But how can I be missing an aritfact when every location on the map says its at 100%?

Soo... does anyone have a list with the artifacts and what story they belong to? because I cant find any walkthough that sorts them that way.

I have not finished the game. However, there's always a campfire in which to travel to the place that all the collectibles are .
Did you try "Fast Travel"?
