But for TPS games like this, I find gamepads much smoother and more comfortable, mouse and keyboard feel too....harsh on a game like this. Keyboards are the only way to go for FPS games imo, but these game types were always created with controllers in mind, and usually have a better flow with gamepads. WASD controls on this game would frustrate me beyond belief.
I will give it a try i guess
This game controls like Witcher 3, so if you preferred a controller there, you'll probably prefer a controller here too.
i played the witcher 3 with a controller and almost never using a controller, i only did because i went to my friends house and forgot my controller, but that game you dont need to aim really, just turn and swing
Its the most superious way to play games and gives you a fluently aim unlike a controller.
I really dont understand why anyone would use a controller in a game where you need to aim and shoot?
.Its like having the desire to handicap yourself for no reason what so ever.
I can understand console players because they have no choice they are forced to use a controller but PC players should know better in a game like this and M/K has worked perfectly in the Origin TR Trilogy.
I play this game with keyboard and mouse, and that makes gunfights so easy it feels like cheating. Enemies either just stand there or run at me in straight line, making their cute little dodges when I aim at them. Game is definitely designed with controller in mind though, but PC controls make combat a tad easier. Puzzles, on the other hand, are harder to do with keyboard and mouse because game often restricts and "assists" camera movement, making me struggle with camera when doing all the climbing and jumping.
