same issue here.. it is the only cache i still need for 100% completion of the game

I am also having this bug. 1/1 Monoliths, 8/9 Survival Cache. Opened a bug ticket with Square Enix Support. Awaiting a response. Anyone with this issue should open a ticket

I'm having this bug too. Find monolith, find correct place, can't dig, not interact.
