The last Preuvian Jungle document AKA broken crypt?

I've completed the crypt with Eveningstar's Cape on Peruvian Jungle, but I've missed the document (A King's Ransom). Upon returning to the crypt, the middle colomn (the one which the tomb rests upon) is missing and instead there's only a hole in the ground - which won't let me to traverse the crypt again to the top, and grabbing that last document.
Has anyone found a way around it, am I missing something, or is the crypt broken?

I'm having the exact same problem apart from Eveningstar's Cape. The center column is missing. Any solutions?

I had to start a new game and hope that this glitch wouldn't present it self this time, luckely it didn't. But having to replay all that content just to get by this point is annoying as ****.

Yeah, It's really annoying!
My knowledge in game develoment is zero, but I don't think it's hard to just keep that colomn in place, instead of just having it disappear after you complete the crypt..

I'm having the same issue. I hope this can be fixed by resetting the center column after leaving the crypt?

Nope. Yet they claim the game can be 100% complete :(

So I manage to finish my second playthrough without any problems. Except that this time, even though I picked every item there is, and did everything there is to do ingame, and still no 100% complete achievement. WTH!! Can someone fix this stupid bug!!

Guys, I loaded my savegame so that my girlfriend could check for some missing items on her game, and I got the 100% complete achievement. I guess they're finally fixing this mess.

Yes, they fixed some stuff, but not this document where you cannot go back and the broken crypt. This sucks!

Fast travel. Once the game is completed, all areas open up with campfires.
This is the only way to make sure you don't "get stuck" in a crypt or tomb.

I did not have this problem on either of my playthroughs. I have every single achievement.

Evidently it is only a bug for some.
I too do not/did not have this problem.

Well, this is not entirely true. Try it for yourself, go to that crypt and you will see that you cannot go on top anynmore, where the document was. So if you missed it then...

Either ya'll are at the wrong crypt or the crypt is a tomb as there is no "middle" pillar leading to the 2 crypts in the Peruvian Jungle.
