Can someone tell me what's in the Skills Booster Pack and if it's a 1 time use?

Looking at buying the game but there are multiple packs also I didn't want to pre-order incase it was just going to be another mess at launch - I'm satisfied with the reviews so far however I am curious about the skill booster I remember there being something similar in Deus Ex HR but it was only for your first gamesave.

If it's a single use I'll just go the normal game package.

Yeah I did actually you still get the points in the normal package apparently.

They're just generic points that can be used to purchase any skills.
