okay where is old lady merchant?

Shes been wandering around 3 places and I cant find her.

SPOILER: She's at the hidden city, you need to do the side-mission to get the kid's dice back. When you talk to the 5 outcasts, the last one is the old lady. She sells the lockpick you need to open conquistador chests.

yea did those. Bt then she appears in 3 different places at random afterwards.

She be magic she changes places each time, i found her for the 3rd time randomly totally didn't expect her there but she useless to me now i bought all her crap
