How to lock 30fps?
Anyone knows how can I lock to 30 fps?

if your monitor is set at 60Hz turn vsync to half refresh rate in the options.

you either set exclusive fullscreen to yes and vsynch to half refresh rate
or
install msi afterburner+riva tuner or dxtory and go from there.

Use the GPU control panel, it does work. It worked on all previous Tomb Raider games.
