DX11 vs DX12
Which API runs better for you guys? Let's see if DX12 is better for most rigs.

P.S: My game is still downloading so I can't post results of my own yet.

It's pretty much known at this point that DX12 is the way to go for this game

DX12 dramatically slowed down Rise in my case, though.

I had on DX11 ~37FPS (last benchmark scene in village) vs ~65FPS on DX12. Latest drivers & notebook version GTX1070 & i7 7700HQ, ultra setting with TAA on 1440p.

Yeah, DX12 was crap in the 2nd game.
In Shadows of the TR u will get a massive performance-boost with DX12.

Quite logical. Using a Rx vega64lc with all settings maxed out gives a between 64 / 85. @1440p
I must admit without ray tracing yet the game lights are impressive.

NoBlackThunder Sep 12, 2018 @ 1:19pm

DX12:
Pro: Better performance (~5-10fps with Vega64 at 1440p)
Contra: Shutters, missing textures

DX11:
Pro: No shuttering
Contra: Worse performance, issues with Alpha layers on Hair AA using TAA (white squares on some backgrounds)

Right now DX12 is for me unplayable due to shuttering.

Dx12 run great for me at constant 60 fps, like it was on Rise Of The Tomb Raider; i'm not on Windows 10 to play games in Dx11 when Dx12 is avaible and since the performance are better for me it won't change.

That post makes no sense. Are you using 11 or 12?
You're saying you DO NOT have Windows 10, so i assume you are using DX11, which makes your post even more messed up...
