Once you've bought the DLC she should show up in kuwaq yaku, but if you're mid-story I think you have to progress to a certain stage. Just based on the dialog when I was playing through the story mission, it seems like you have to be at a certain point (possibly even finished the main story).
You're not looking for Abi to initiate the mission, btw.
But worth a play through on multiplayer if you're a story completionist, just for the extra few bits of dialoge from Abi (although I think if you play it single player Lara just says those lines on the radio anyway).
In the Menu click on Challenge tombs then pick which of the two modes you want to play. You can also play with another person or by yourself. I bought Croft Edition as well and it's there.
Right click Shadow, click properties, click DLC. If it's not listed there, you do not have access to it.
If it is there, you will find the mission in KY after you reach a certain point.
I used a saved file to do this run.
I learned that one the hard way.
Note, half a bottle of Bacardi 151 and some roofies does not equal consent.
