Then return to the main chamber, move the central handle to activate the lever in front of the statue and pull it to get the arm and leg to move to the other side of the head. Then you can fix and adjust each side to solve it.
It is doable. You just need to be patient and think it through slowly.

I just saw this bug somewhere so I understand what you mean... that sucks though.
Only resort is to use a save file which has the DLC mission still pending and try it again. That should hopefully do it. Having to replay the entire game again as this DLC is only playable post story would suck.
I have a thread which has a Deadly Obsession save at 92% (at point of no return). If you want you can use that to get Dr Croft, 100% completion, all difficulty achievements and then play the last DLC in San Juan.
