missing one campfire

I'm missing one camp fire in kuwaq yaku and i have no idea where to find it.
i have those camps already unlocked:
airfield dirt road
petroleum deposit
kuwaq yaku ruins
kuwaq yaku
hunting grounds
temple of life
docks

I'm bad at directions, but I think I found the same one you're missing (I missed it in my first playthrough too). So... If you go to the docks and jump in the water, swim all the way to the fencing that prevents you going any further in to the water and follow it to the right, there's a base camp on the tiny bit of shore there. Easy to miss as there's not really anything there.
Hopefully someone else can give you better directions.

There is one at the bottom of the map on a small beach across the water south of the town. It is called "Jungle Cliffs" I believe.
