I already reinstalled the game, change to older drivers, reinstalled the directx, set the game to low, medium, high, deleted the game profile and also set -50 core and memory clock on msi afterburner, nothing works
When I use my onboard graphic card I can see the effects, here's the screenshot with onboard graphic card: http://prntscr.com/kzaqza
*sorry about my english
If that is indeed the case, then you might need to do some upgrades on your hardware, because yeah. The intensity might be too much for what your computer can handle, and so it cuts non-vital rendering so you can enjoy your game.

That guy sets them to on as well but they don't appear to work on his machine either. Strange, maybe the 660 is missing a feature that VS needs to work - though it doesn't sound likely to me. Try posting in the pinned patch thread with your issue - perhaps this is a bug the Nixxes can address.
Though, performance will probably not be that good on a 660 at anything other than low so as Fox states, could be time for an upgrade.
and what are the rest of your specs?
I have a i5 3570
16 GB ram
SSD 120 gb
