Why does Jonah keep changing race

TB he was white, then ROTTR he was black and now in SOTTR he's Asian. Is he having an identity crisis?

My complain is why Lara keep changing face in every game, except last two. Even in tomb raider 2013 and 2013 remaster Lara had different faces. Also in CGI intro she had another face, different from in-game face (and this one was the best one). Why couldn't you keep it? Can't you reuse the same headmesh, or are you not able to do it? Don't you have qualified enough artists to reproduce the same face? Why did you uglified Lara, comparing to 2013 CGI intro version? Are you pushing some SJW agenda or what? I'm glad she is still attractive enough and does not look like a character from mass effect andromeda yet.

Look at this screenshot. How can you tell that Lara from SoTR and this one is the same person? I can't.

Except the person above already stated that he is Polynesian, Maori to be more specific based on his tatoos and history. He's always been Polynesian, his 70's pornstar look in the second game seems to confuse peopel because I guess to most every one curly black hair equals black?

Actually Native New Zealanders also known as Maori but are collectively known as Polynesians.. are in fact one of the most ancient group of people on the planet.. As a Race they are well known for their great physical strength ... especially the New Zealanders , Samoans, the Tongans and the Native Hawian people. So yeah they are a Race a very distinct Race of people too, and Jonah is a Maori .. not Black or White ... but Polynesian.

Is it strange that, to that linked picture, I'd say "Yes, he looks White?" Having come from Romania and visited Germany/Italy, I... think some people have a weird idea of what "White" is. Unless only English (specfically from England) and Americans count as white?

No, it was Camilla Luddington in all the games. The 3D model is irrelevant to who is portraying the character. I think that they were trying to make Lara look a bit older. In Tomb Raider she looked like a teenager then more mature in Rise.

It is a bit jarring TBF but I like Lara as she is now.

Yea I prefer Lara now, I hope they keep her consistent with this one in the future.
