Stuck at White Queen Puzzle [Bug]?

I tried to turn the crank on the right, but the globe won't rotate, and thus I'm stuck at White Queen Puzzle.

You're supposed to rotate the globe 2 different directions until it's 30 North and 60 East, or something like that. You have a guide in your artifacts list. If it won't rotate try restarting.

Yes, I know it's supposed to be 30 North/90 East, but it will not rotate. I don't know if it's bug or something else.

You probably glitched it somehow when you turned it too far the wrong way. It stops like that at the pole. Notice how you almost get it going at 1:27. Restart and try again.

Problem is that if I restart the game, I'll have to start all over again at the base camp, defeat jaguar, climb all the way to the top of the castle as Young Lara Croft, and then solve White Queen Puzzle again.

P.S. I'm playing on Very Hard difficulty.

So who told you to play very hard difficulty? The game bugged out, you'll have to go back to your previous save in order to fix it. Or better start a new game and choose hard which will give you the same reflexive and mental challenge without punishing you for the game being a broken POS. Just because they offer you a carrot doesn't mean you have to chase it.

Nobody... Already beat Hard difficulty several times.

If you're using a controller, and the controls for cranks is set to Direction instead of Rotate, set it to Rotate, because that's broken on some puzzles. On the other hand, if it's set for Rotate, try setting it to Direction, because that's broken on some puzzles.

And for pity's sake stop being scared to Save the damn game. Jesus, it's not like the FBI are going to kick your door in for being a terrorist if you save.

Um... Firstly, I don't use controller. Secondly, there's no auto save feature on Very Hard difficulty, but can only save the game at the base camp.

Yep, restarts of that length happen on Deadly Obsession. I'd get used to them.

its the same like any other "bug" people complain about.. turn on vsync + lock at 60 fps
