Tried to play game message "support.codefusion.technology’" cannot be reached

I purchased SOTTR last night and tried to play it for the first time just now. Instead of starting the game that I paid for, I get a popup message window which instructs me to paste some text ( authorization code, I guess ) at https://support.codefusion.technology/sottr_0d8j3rjxc/?l=english .

That doesn't work because the site's name does not resolve to an IP address. Unless there is another site way to do their authorization dance, I'm going to ask for my money back.

Here is the error:
"This site can’t be reached
support.codefusion.technology’s server IP address could not be found.
Try running Windows Network Diagnostics.
DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN"

This is the first game that I've been unable to play after I purchased it. I'm really disappointed so far, obviously, since I cannot even start the game.

had the same issue.. i just rebooted my machine and that solved the issue

"key signing key" update is rolling for dns (not related to game or publisher - it's global) - some urls might not resolve. dns flush (or reboot) will fix this.

I figured it out. My pi-hole server was blocking it using the default filtering rules. I turned it off long enough to register the game .

Strangely, I playing the game for maybe an hour and stopped. It' the first TR game that I wasn't excited about. Usually I play them and hour a so a day until I finish the story. For some reason this one didn't grab me.
