Gold In Hidden City.

Can anyone please tell me how to get to the gold at the centre of this screen shot as shown by bars?

Well first of all you can get to it, there's an underwater tunnel in one of the buildings around that area. After taking the gold ores, the icon will still be there so there nothing to worry about it since it's not an achievement or anything important.

I was told the entrance to the underwater tunnel is a well in one of the houses.

For me I can track the gold, and get to the location, but I can't dig it up?

i've found the gold dug it up but that icon still says it's not been found in my game, i think it's pretty buggy then :/

It's not a bug, the icon is still there because that's a drop off point and you can keep collecting gold ores from there.

How often does the gold respawn? It rarely comes back for me and I don't know when I should go back for it

I have never been back, I have over 45 thousand in cash without using it more than once. Don't see the point of the merchants really once you have bought the rope ascender and knife upgrade.

Its bugged. The gold that respawns is seperate from the icon gold. The icon gold does not spawn in the little alcove that it is suppose to. This makes it impossible to collect right now. That respawning gold is just similar to other respawning gold locations scattered around the city.

You must not be playing on "One with the Jungle" difficulty, or else you're exceptionally good. The most essential weapon IMO is the GF RAL rifle, which you must buy from a merchant. This is old bug, this issue will be fixed in future updates.

Certainly not good by any means, in fact although I have been playing games since the PS 1 I am pretty rubbish. At 65 I find that there are far to many button combinationations to remember. But for me gaming is all about fun, as long as I am having that, great.
But I have found merchants in games are for the most part useless as is most of the crafting.

Is that true or just how you personally came to see it?

The banished man who gives that highlight on the map tells you that it's a dead drop for the cult's financing. They bring gold periodically and never change their drop site.
