stuck in eye of the serpent temple bug second door

I experienced a bug while trying to solve the puzzle for the second door to the silver box of Ix chel.
You have to unblock the first fountain with the axe to be able to turn it, but no icon appears to use the axe
I can't unblock the fountain and I am stuck. I can't continue the game :-(

Has anyone else has had this bug.?

How can I solve this ?

Uninstall and try again ? I don't feel like starting the game al over again.

It's not a bug, you are missing one thing of the puzzle you need to do. Turn the pillar above the one you are speaking so that it fills the area around debris with water. Then debris will be under water and you can easily go remove it.
